Hi! Welcome to Grade 1! Nong Thai knows you've practiced a lot of listening and speaking in kindergarten — now it's time to become a real reader and writer! 🔊

This course has 10 learning units across 30 days. Each unit teaches you consonants, vowels, tone marks, how to build words sound by sound, and spelling rules — through a fun short story that belongs to that unit. 🔊

Each unit has 3 days: Day 1 learns new letters or a rule, Day 2 practices building words and reads the story, Day 3 practices writing and wraps up the unit. Take it one step at a time — no need to rush! 🔊

A note for parents/caregivers: this course follows Thailand's core curriculum for Grade 1 ภาษาไทย (หลักภาษาและการใช้ภาษาไทย, 120 hrs/yr, 10 units), covering reading aloud, writing consonants/vowels/tone marks/Thai numerals, sound-blending, spelling-rule groups (มาตราตัวสะกด), and simple sentence composition. We recommend sitting with your child, especially for the writing activities. 🔊
